We work with some of the biggest names in the IT industry, providing you with the head start you need for your career.
Intequal's Apprenticeships are delivered in any geographic location in England. We use some of the latest technology to provide training remotely in online classrooms. These classrooms are accessed from your desk at work. This not only allows anyone in England, meeting the set criteria, to do one of our apprenticeships. But, also:
- Saves your time and money travelling to college for block release training
- Allows the implementation of your newly learnt knowledge to be instantly used in the workplace.
- Allows you to feel more like an employee in your new role rather than an apprentice.
In addition to this, there is no need to worry about our use of remote delivery. We have extremely high success rates, with over 300 apprentices undertaking our programme to date.
Level 3 Tech Support Apprentice
Before my apprenticeship, the interview stage was managed really well. I was kept informed all the way through, knowing exactly what was going on, and what was going to happen next. This approach was really personal, which helped a lot.
Once enrolled on the apprenticeship, throughout the course, I knew I could speak to my trainer and they would help. Always coming back to me straight away too.
Before my apprenticeship, I was in college doing media studies. I’d always been interested in IT and decided to enter into it as a career. I was very lucky to get into such a fast-growing industry. It was a great change and I much prefer the apprenticeship option to going to university.
To begin with, I did have mixed feelings about the online learning. Being able to log in online was great, and the face to face visits from my tutor was very useful.
Through my apprenticeship at Intequal, I achieved Microsoft Qualifications, this was along with others such as City & Guilds. All were a great use to the employer and lead to me getting the job after my apprenticeship. They don’t just look good on the CV but also have real practical value. During work they also helped demonstrate to our customers that I know what I’m doing, I’m a safe pair of hands.
